I have had my ebay account seller account locked with an MC99 message. I have tried contacting them but they will not do anything to release the lock. The account has 100% positive feedback but they are blaming it on buyer complaints when I call in and they refuse to release any details regarding their decision to me. I was recommended to contact you for technical support and advice. We rely heavily on the income from this account and being shut down in the holiday season is taking it's toll on us financially, as we were fully stocked for the holiday season prior to shut down. Any help or advice you could provide us would be greatly appreciated.
