Hi, I need the $150 high limit ebay and paypal account. I've tried in the past to create ebay&paypal accounts and they asks for ID verification 4 months later. I'm wondering how to avoid this if I buy these accounts from you. Do you have ID and utility/phone bills for this purpose? Thanks.
