Selling Simon VCCs with AVS

Unlike most virtual credit card suppliers, Simon VCCs pass AVS (address verification service), which means less scrutiny on your account.

Additionally, to use Paypal Plugin, you must have a VCC attached that passes AVS (in addition to a bank account)!

Simon cards must be bought at a minimum of $20. The card details will be emailed to you within 24 hours unless you are ordering on a Saturday, as Simon does not work on Sundays.

I don't believe Exeneva is still around, but:
AMEX (American Express) non reloadable gift cards work well for Ebay and PayPal - Free EBAY, PayPal, Business and Law Forums - Ebay Suspension, PayPal Limited
