Hello,
I've been a long-time Amazon customer, and recently, I encountered an issue that I'm hoping someone can help me with.
I tried ordering an iPhone 15 Pro and, to my surprise, my account got closed soon after. Amazon claims I violated their refund rules, which doesn't make sense to me. I have purchased numerous high-value products over the years, and the last time I got a refund was during the COVID period.
The major concern here is that I made the order using gift cards worth €1600. Now, Amazon is suggesting I can only use them for digital products. Ideally, I'd like to either get the money back from the gift cards or, at the very least, have my account reinstated.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation or have any suggestions on how I can resolve this?
Thanks in advance.
