My amz acc also got closed
The email I got :
Hello,
We have closed your account and canceled all outstanding orders.
We took these actions because either the Amazon Gift Card or the Amazon Gift Card balance you are using is in violation of our Terms and Conditions. We cannot reissue the gift card or reimburse you for these funds. For further details, we suggest that you contact the party who sold or gave you the gift card.
Please note that buying Amazon.com gift cards by unauthorized third parties, and sold or transfer-for-value of Amazon.com gift cards is a violation of our terms.

Hi! I really need your help, Modee. I lost my customer Amazon account yesterday just after sending the statement of my card to them, which does not make sense for account closure.
Today I talked with Amazon support via phone and he said my account was closed permanently and the decision is final.
He said he can't help me either because the Amazon account specialists are in a differente department, so there' no way to contact them.
Luckly they refunded me all the money they took, but this is the message I got:
"Good day,
we have canceled your order (s) and closed your customer account. This decision is final and irreversible.
Please do not open new customer accounts.
We wish you the best of luck in finding another dealer that better meets your needs.
Kind regards"
