                        I am from India and have received a email from amazon.

                        I have entered incorrect billing address, I assumed the billing address is my home address and amazon gave me another option to provide the billing address on their website after my payment failed initially.

                        I however again entered my home address and they locked my account.

                        I then checked with my credit card and my billing address was my office address.

                        I totally agree it is a miss at my end but i need your help on how I can get the account unlocked. Really appreciate your help on this.

                        P. S- I am unable to login to my account so unable to do the 1st option, I have the correct address details now but I'm unable to do it.
