Hi Modee, I have received some of these messages from Amazon, my account is closed and I have a balance in my Gift Card balance that I have lost, I would like to review with you how to resolve this and unlock the account and recover my money.

Hi Modee. I've also PMed you about a similar issue. They've locked my prime account of 10+ years, and haven't given me a reason why. They requested billing details, which I gave them, and they stopped responding. The only thing unusual (if even) I have about my account is I mostly use amazon gift cards I buy at grocery stores to pay for my purchases.
