                • Hi my Amazon account has been closed as they said i was requesting to many refunds when items were not received. These refund requests have all been genuine and when i have been emailing Amazon they are just replying with a generic email. They dont want to help me and just keep saying account is permanentlt closed.
                  They have not offered to look into why i have not received my orders are just repeating each email
                  How can i get this resolved or bypass the closure by opening a new account? Can anyone help me? Thanks
