Please I'm having thesame problem with this messages from Amazon.com

Hey! This is the message I get from Amazon I haven’t been able to make any orders since several years. When I try to login I got a message that my account is locked and when I ask why I get this message. I don’t even have a Visa card I only have 2 Mastercards it’s was many years the bank switched to MasterCard so how can I prove my billing card. Is there any one who know how to solve this?
