I am having this issue. it is quite irritating. Honestly it is down to the card. Amazon is just worried about the payment method usually. I know some people who use a certain type of card which is not easy to get and never have this issue.

Hi!
I have a same problem. Amazon rejected my card ,when I was trying to buy an item (plus Prime). After one month yearly fee was deducted from same card. I tried to contact,I sent a lot of fax to them,but nothing.
After my account was blocked. So I can't reach the person who will help me.Online chat contacts me to the consultant,which tells me that they haven't full information.In other words, they didn't receive any proper fax documentation, which isn't th e truth. HELP ME PLEASE WITH SOME ADVICE!

Hey modee i just purchased something for the first time on amazon and after trying to log on into amazon my account appears to be locked for security reasons. It says it sent me a txt with instructions but after 4 hours of waiting i have yet to receive anything. Do you think you can help me out?

- A copy of your statement for your VISA ending in 53, including the billing address.
- Your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your Amazon.com account.
