If you are getting started with Amazon, you may find it difficult to get approval for sale of some name brand items. For example for a period of time Amazon was not allowing any new Apple computer sellers.
At some point (or even initially) in your approval process to sell or sell certain brands on Amazon, you may be contacted for a Brand Specialist interview. Depending on your prior sales and standing at Amazon, this interview may be cursory or extensive. On down the line you may be asked to provide proof of inventory or supplier invoices.
