Modee put me right on track. PP took a minute to get around to it, but sure enough my account was fully restored after following the simple steps Modee set forth in his technical support task list.
Rather than taking it on the chin and listening to all the negative press limited account holders put out on the forums, I would recommend taking this extra step to ANY merchant using PP that wants to continue accepting PP payments.
Believe or not guys , but sticking to plan - to the MoDee's Tech Support actually - I have by now 9 accounts fully verified and working with no problems , never got linked or something , but the good thing is that in last a year and a half I got one account SUSPENDED twice and THANKS TO MODEE I got reinstated twice , so never doubt in MoDee techniques - this guy definitely got SKILLS ! faxing a letter of appeal to:
In your letter of appeal, please include the following:
1. A signed statement acknowledging that you've read and understand the
eBay User Agreement.
2. The email address and User ID of the account you're appealing.
3. A copy of the front and back of your driver's license or other
government-issued identification.
4. A recent credit card statement or utility bill that shows your
billing address. (You can black out your account numbers.)
5. Copies of manufacturer invoices or any other documentation showing
your purchase or ownership of items listed for sale. This includes any
related documentation from suppliers.

User ID and email address.
What's the next step after you fax the letter of appeal?
Once you've submitted your appeal, reply to this email with a brief
message notifying us of your appeal. As soon as we've reviewed your
material, we'll contact you by email regarding the status of your
appeal.

For your security, all of the documents you submit will be destroyed
after your appeal has been reviewed.
At this time, you won't be able to list additional items. However, the
limit on your account is temporary, and it won't negatively reflect your
selling record or account standing with eBay.
Here is just a quick summary of my experience with Modee’s tech support. A few months ago I received to emails on different accounts. These emails were from J0HNS0N AND PHAM. This law firm was requesting I send in my entire inventory and pay a fee of about $1500. I did not know what to do so I contacted Modee. Within 2 days the problem was completely resolved and I saved myself a lot of money and did not have to stress out over this problem anymore. Anyone who is having any problems with ebay, paypal, law, etc. trust me contact Modee and he will resolve your problem in no time!
