Sale of unbranded items

The issue might be the "unbranded Mp3" players. If they resemble brand name ones (e.g. iPOD), then even though the name on the item is not marked iPOD, etc. the unbranded items still infringe on a design patent or trademark.

Yeah but in doing this you won't be targeted as much? I've seen a few sellers on ebay sell lifeproof looking cases without any branding whatsoever, selling em as waterpoof,dustproof cases etc
