How can I get a sellers account suspended - serious grudge!!

It may seem a bit harsh to want to get someone else's eBay/PP accounts suspended, but I have been permanently limited- plus I endured months of listings been reported to eBay by a competitior!

I don't normally hold a grudge and I'm a big believer in 'what goes around comes around' but right now I have nothing to lose. It's high time this person is made to go through what I have for the past month!!

If anyone has any ideas i'd be grateful.

BTW, It does seem that reporting their listings to eBay have just fallen on deaf ears!
