My paypal stealth account has been limited because a 'third party' has tried to send some of my money. Paypal are now asking me to re-confirm my address via phone & card. The card is not a problem, but the phone is.

If anyone living in the CENTRAL LINCOLNSHIRE (Peterborough / Stamford) area and is able to help by inputting the 4 digit code, I will happily pay £150 for your help. It's a public phone so I'm not asking to use / borrow anyone's home number.
