Wow, talk about a progressive country. Fines in Finland are based on one's income - and since this guy is a multimilionaire the fine was made to fit the crime (of speeding).
Reminds me of a Curb Your Enthusiasm episode where the judge forced Larry David to parade in front of a restaurant with a sandwich board that said "I steal forks from restaurants"
