Spammers - via post and Private Messages (PMs) - Help us by REPORTING them

The easy ones to catch are the ones who post on the forum. To try and deter these, I have a CAPTCHA or Question requirement at registration to try and eliminate 'bots, and Akismet running to weed out SPAM.

What we don't see are the spammers who register and then send out tons of private messages. These may seem as innocuous as "Hi" or as bothersome as profane insults.

The only way I become aware of these - are if you report them to me. Use the symbol - this is a simple function on all posts and private messages to REPORT them. Or just Forward PMs to me or one of the Moderators.

The latest spammers are ones who post some kind of response to a topic - and the SPAM of course is their hyperlink in their signature. Rather sneaky, and I missed it at first, but I got them out of here as soon as I realized what they were doing.
