There is so much great information flowing through this forum that it is sometimes hard to keep up. For someone new that arrives, they just get the tail end of a thread. However two months ago the same question was analyzed to death on a different thread. But you can only have so many sticky's.
I've found most of my answers by using the search on the forum EBAY, PayPal, Business and Law Forums - Search Forums
If you have a question try that first. If it's still not answered then bring one of those old threads you find back to life.
