Hello, I have been working with paypal for over three years- and had a lot of money pass in and out with no issue- used a debit with them even. However- Paypal seems to have investigated and sent me:
"Dear kevin BG,

Policy, PayPal may not be used to send or receive payments for certain
sexually oriented materials or services or for items that are considered
obscene.

Per the User Agreement, when PayPal permanently limits an account due to an
Acceptable Use Policy violation, we may hold your funds up to 180 days.
Once the 180-day timeframe has elapsed, PayPal will release any remaining
balance either via bank transfer or issuance of a check.
The relevant section of the User Agreement can be found at the following

You will need to remove all references to PayPal from your website(s)
and/or auction(s). This includes not only removing PayPal as a payment
option, but also the PayPal logo and/or shopping cart. We thank you in
advance for your cooperation. If you have any questions, please contact
the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy Department at [email protected].

Essentially- One of my fans sent me a payment with an attached note which said "In awe of a great man" this prompted an investigation which seems to have lead to a site which they do not approve of. My account is lost forever, I understand this- I also have looked into many of these horror stories surrounding PP and understand the basics of the situation I am in. However what I want to know is A. Is it possible to retrieve these funds sooner with the help of someone from these forums. and more importantly B. Is there a chance PP will attempt to withold my funds from me even after the 180 days? The only reason I am so concerned is due to the fact my balance was 8.2K which is a fair chunk of cash and I am very eager to solve this large annoyance.
