Paypal Limited even after submitting my SSN?

My paypal account was limited, and I already sent in the required information. However, they said they couldn't verify my SSN.

What should I do now?


Anyway to establish credit? They said it may have to do with this?

the best way is to start a new ebay paypal accounts, dont give them any info about yourself at all, it will only be use against you, read the furum for details how to do this, if unsure then pm modee for assistance, it comes at a price but it is very valuable information that you get well worth it

Don't give PayPal anything until after you engage tech support and learn the proper procedure for addressing the limitation matter. Otherwise, you'll fall into PayPal's trap of giving them detailed information about yourself that they will use simply to detect and prevent future registrations.
