Can i refund an Ebay buyer with my Paypal Limited account??

Hello, that's the problem so far, i know that i will solve it, but since i dont want problems, i just want to refund and cancel the transaction.

The thing is, this payment was kind of big, so my Paypal account was limited, i cant send or receive money, the buyer's money is inside my account, and i want to refund him, which i can't.

How can i do it?

Can i tell him to fill an Ebay dispute so he can recover the transaction money?

I need to know that what i will do will be the right thing, i wouldn't like to tell him and something big happens (I mean legally!!)

I hope you can help me, send me PM or whatever, just wanna make sure this buyer dont lost his money, and i wanna keep my paypal account, about my ebay feedback, well, maybe i got a big negative, but i dont care.

Does the account have your real information on it?

What is paypal asking for? Or did you get permanently limited?

Contact Us > Send us a question by email > Sending/Receiving Money > Refund/Cancel a Payment.

If that doesn't work for you, call 1-888-221-1161, talk to an agent and give them:

First Name and Last Name
Total Transaction Amount
