Stealth Paypal limited

I made a paypal under a stealth name which the person does not actually exist and now my PayPal is limited but when I emailed them they gave me certain qualifications I would need to meet to remove the limit from this account but I don't care for the limit, I would just like a way to withdraw the money for the item I sold but it currently won't allow me since limited
