Submit Docs - Credit Card Statement?

[won't submit]

This is a new one (it is for me anyway). PP have limited my account and have asked for a copy of my Credit Card statement.

Of course I can not produce an official one, in fact I don't even have a credit card so am stumped.

I use Entropay for my verification process so I'm a little stumped with this one?
