I tried to reason with PayPal - now I am permanently limited

dispute, PayPal will seek to recover the funds from you by debiting your

balance, PayPal reserves the right to collect your debt to PayPal by any
other legal means.

Due to the potential risk of chargebacks/complaints and other risks of
funds reversals, your balance will be held 180 days from the date the
limitation was originally placed on your account. At that time, any balance in
your account will be turned over to you.

This is complete and utter nonsense. I have been selling the same exact items (ebooks, programs) on paypal for 3 years. All of a sudden they decide they have have enough and ban me. I have give well over $10,000 to Paypal and this is all the treatmen I am getting: bot answers.

Once again, the mistake you made is in reasoning with PayPal. There is a systematic and holistic approach to dealing with EBAY and PayPal suspensions and limitations, and trying to even talk to them before you have taken certain steps is a waste of time.
