Paypal is now looking for an SSN# even after I purchased doc's to submit. My question is:

Is it okay to enter a SSN with another person with the same name?

I did some research and found pages with the names "Nate Eure" or "Nathan Eure". Take a look below:

There are SSN's included.. can we use those for Paypal?

One of those links lead to people born a LONG time ago who are probable deceased now. The first one might be okay, but I don't recommend using someone else's SS # that isn't right or legal.
