How to prevent address verification in unverified PayPal account?

Hi,

please can you suggest how to prevent getting into state paypal requires me to veriffy my address or account blocked and funds loast if not address veriffied?
It is premier unveriffied account now.
I have ability to veriffy by credit card or bank account, but bank account statement wont match my paypal details..
