hy.. i have non-verified paypal account of singapore... but i usually live in nepal and india.. i created this account 1 year back.. as paypal in nepal is not supported n now.. my paypal account in limited and asking for telphone or utility bill of singapore... n what to do to withdraw my 900 $ in paypal... help me out .. either .. black or white techniques

I can help you, but it is problematic of course to create an Ebay or PayPal in one country, then run it from another, although of course there are tried and proven methods to do this. Contact me for tech support.
