My Ebay was suspended - and now, my linked PayPal is limited as well

Hi there
My e bay account was unfairly suspended i didn't even get proper explanation i e mailed them twice and they responded its about selling not genuine items.They didn't even asked me if i can prove authenticity of listed items just suspended both of my accounts and closed my pay pal I still cant believe it I had such a good reputation on e bay and amazing feedback
Is there anything i can do ? It looks like they are very strict and unprofesional with resolving problems. I m a business seller and need to get a new account asap PLEASE HELP

It is usual that when an Ebay is suspended, the PayPal goes too (or vice versa), although lately especially the suspension of limitation of one account does not destroy automatically the other.
