Safe amount of money to withdraw, spend - to avoid PayPal limitation

With PayPal - limitations are usually triggered by withdrawing anything over US $1000.

after the money clear
i will relist new item for those account
too scared to keep the money left a long time at paypal

Yes, until you have supplied identifying information or bypassed a couple of PayPal limitations, you might always be worried about something like this happening. Best not to keep much money in a PayPal that you use with EBAY, ever!

But on my own PayPal with my own name on it, that I have had since 1999 (that I use on my own websites NOT with EBAY), I don't even worry about it, and on that one, I just keep the money in there until I am ready to spend it or need it.

but my old paypal old 3 year with my name and already gave all info like ID, supplier info, address verification got suspended 1 month ago.

they ask me the same item like before and i gave them.

In general any withdrawal over $1000. triggers a limitation. However, the sad part is that ALL new PayPal accounts will eventually be limited and asked for verifying docs.

If you had been in the U.S., you would have been asked as well for a social security # as part of the limitation.
