PayPal just enacted a new Policy that allows you access to all funds received in your PayPal, even during a dispute. How this really pans out, remains to be seen.

PayPal now claims that "Funds Now" makes it more likely that they will side with you, the Seller, in the event of a dispute.
This might be true. I recently guided a client where a dishonest buyer tried to claim a payment he made was "unauthorized." PayPal ended up ruling in Seller's favor, without Seller having to even submit any documents or information.

And now, supposedly those eligible for Funds Now will also experience shorter phone hold times when calling in for a PayPal customer service rep.
