How to replace VBA?

Hi Guys,

I want to add second VBA to an aged stealth U.S. Paypal account,and don't want to make any mistake.so need your advice/points about it please!
Which one is better:
A-Adding new VBA,then removing existing VBA.
B- Adding new VBA,and removing nothing (keeping both VBAs).
C-Removing existing VBA,then adding now VBA.

You will need tech support to learn which bank accounts are best - this changes constantly.

There is a lot of clamping down on stealth accounts happening right now, as you might be aware.
