Paypal account linked to my MC011 suspended Ebay account

My ebay account is currently restricted. However, my linked paypal has no restrictions. If I withdraw all of the money from paypal (a few thousand dollars), would that make my ebay situation worse or potentially cause an issue with my paypal account? I am currently working with Tech Support to get the ebay restored but hate to have the paypal money in limbo.

I assume this is a longstanding PayPal.

You should continue with whatever pattern you usually follow on that PayPal. If you usually withdraw every penny after each transaction, continue to do so now. If you usually leave most ofthe funds in there for a while, continue to do that now. Consistency is the key.
