Unverified Paypal account error: Cannot use this credit card for this transaction

Im using an unverified US pp account, whenever i bid and win an item and try to pay via paypal it says this credit card cannot be used for this transaction, i was using a @ymail.com account for my pp account, i tried changing it to a non commercial email and the payment got through right away, do you know any non commercial emails I can use for paypal?

The solution is to verify your PayPal account. In the long run, your account is going to be shut down if you do not verify.
