Lately when I try to send invoices or especially money requests with my PayPal accounts, I get this error:
Sorry — your last action could not be completed
If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after ## minutes.
If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity.
If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the
upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity.
I finally wrote to PP and they explained:
Hello my name is _________, I understand that you're having problem
in your invoices. I am happy to assist you with your questions.
We are aware of this issue and I sincerely regret the inconvenience it
has caused you. Our technicians are working to resolve this matter. We
appreciate your patience and understanding. As of now, we don't have a
timeframe yet when will it be fixed, but we will send your notification
one it's resolved. Kindly create a new invoice as of this moment.

and we know situations like this can be difficult. If you have more
