Hello all,
first, Im sorry if I'm post in wrong forum because I dont know where else place I could ask for any help.
Everything is seems so fine at first and second payment, until now when I want to pay, I've found troublesome with transfering for payment from ebay or others website. When I click checkout it always showed up like this
" You have exceeded your per transaction limit. To lift this limit, click View Limits on you Account Overview page."
Infact my accounts is no limit now and the value I want to pay is only about $50usd some few bucks transaction, my credit card has more than enough limit but paypall don't let the go on this transaction. What can I do? no matter how small /big the value is, it always showed up like the above.
Anyone please help me, I should paid for the soonest time for some reasons.
I already contact PayPal, but it always endup leave me with uncertainty.

Your PayPal account and the credit card are all in good condition. So
please do not worry too much. You may go ahead to make other payments by
your credit card.
--In that case you may have a try to make the payment at a later time
(maybe 2-3 days later), but it is not guaranteed.
--Another option for you is to add another credit card to your PayPal
account and make payments with the new card (remember to change the
funding source to the new card in the payment review page).
--Or else you may also choose to receive payments from others to your
PayPal balance first. Once you have enough balance in your PayPal
account, you may use the balance to make the payment and it certainly
will not be denied by system.
--Last but not least, you may add a US bank account (issued in US soil)
to make the payment with.
And if all the above measures do not work whereas you do need to make
this payment urgently, will you please choose other ways to make the
payment by? I hope you can contact the seller and explain this to
him/her and ask for understanding.

Thank you so much for your assistance reply, I really appreciate it.
I already sent this email forward to my seller, but He's just ignoring me and silent. My order is make since 15 May.
Now What should I do again?
I've been really frustated with all thing disable payment through PayPal that I should make.
Its PayPal features is supposed to make me a lot easier to pay, not make its all become more complicated and difficult.
Now, let you know;
1. Theres no way I can wait for 2-3 days later since the seller is ignoring me. while PayPal can do is only leave me with uncertainty.
2. I only have this 1 credit card for this time , I can make another one, but this will take very long time atleast minimum a month!
3. I'm just a buyer whos using PayPal to make everything easier for ebay payment. I am Not seller. So I won't ever received any money/payments from others.
4. It is Not Possible to make US bank Account since I'm non Residents.
5. For some payments , If it possible, I won't use PayPal again for sending payment since its always disabled and useless, but there's no chance when the shop is only receive payment via PayPal. I've ever asked this to some website, and they are insisted that they 're only using PayPal as the only one payment method.
So please, is there any PayPal could make it work/ manually fixed? I've seen this problem become really common to others PayPal members on PayPal forum, they also have same situations with me, but why PayPal didn't work on it?
I'd been really frustated with all this PayPal system that leave me all with uncertainty solve problem in the end. I really need PayPal to solve this problem asap please.
