In the past every time you sold an item on PayPal to a verified member, thirty days later your reputation number would go up. On my oldest PP account, I have a reputation number in the thousands.
On my newest PayPal (and not even that new - over a year old), I noticed that despite hundreds of transactions, the reputation number had stayed at zero.
Well, the reason being - PayPal has disabled reputation numbers! Apparently HAVE BEEN disabled for over a year now.

To view this information:
1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Send Money" at the top of the page.
3. Complete the form to send a payment and click "Continue."
4. Click the member's verification status. A Member Information page
will pop up with the information.
5. Click "My Account" at the top of the page to stop the payment.
Note: The Member Information is not provided on Personal accounts.
