Recently sold a customized xbox 360 console on ebay about a month ago
Buyer paid and i sent the item USPS priority mail 2-3 business days with tracking number. In the transition process when it was shipped, the buyer changed his mind.
Buyer opens up case with PP for "unauthorized transaction"
PP ask me to provide tracking number which i did. Took about a week, case closed
Buyer then immediately opens up "item not as described" with PP. I provide evidence which the only thing i could of provided which again was tracking number. Didn't file any police report as i felt it wasn't needed
PP then tells the buyer to ship the item and to provide tracking number to PP. In pp claim center, buyer was asked to submit tracking info before such and such date. I never seen the tracking number. Case closed, though i did receive an empty box full of newspaper from the buyer
Now my pp acct is in a negative of $400 for this transaction
This is my regular real acct...not stealth
Do i pay this $400, or say screw it, leave it negative and go stealth?
Does the acct mean alot to me? Kinda because the ebay attached is 10/5000
Other than that, doesn't really matter.
Thing about going stealth is it would take forever to get to 10/5000, unless i purchase an ebay/pp acct?
