Need some help

Long story short i bought an ebay,email and paypal account off this ebay suspension site which i no longer am able to get on. Well i changed all the passwords they gave me to start and everything has been working perfect until the other day.

"We are currently peforming regular maintenance of our security measures.
Your account has been randomly selected for this maintenance, and you will now be taken through a series of identity verification pages.

Protecting the security of your paypal account is out primary concern and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."


Now my question is there away around putting in the bank account info because i don't have it since it was made up for me, i am planning on going to buy a gift card to add to the account but i can't do anything with the paypal account. i've tryed to change the password and it keeps directing me back to the same message.

Did you contact the seller of the acct?
Did you attach this acct to your bank account to withdraw funds? Remember, PP does not see your name, only routing and bank acct numbers
