i read here about withdrawal money from US PP and need help

well, i going begin to sell with a US ebay&PP accounts. iam not from US but i have Bank Account in US i got with a Debit MasterCard but the bank account holder name is not the same PP holder name.

Thats will can be a problem? get limit? what i should do if so?
