Paypal Negative - what can they do to me? Will PayPal try to collect?

Ok, so i got in a bit of a chargeback trouble for some online goods by a scammer. Heres the short:

-£190+ negative
-3 Transactions
-New paypal with unconfirmed card, but still details on store.
-Been over 60 days negative
-No confirmed address, but two on there and one is real :/
-Real name and stuff
-Not 18 for a while


What can they do?
Should i pay it back?
