PayPal payouts in a fantasy based sports website -is PayPal good for intangible goods

Hi, I am starting a fantasy sports based website. Customers will deposit money on the site, and after the season is over, they will request the money to be paid out to them.

With our PayPal account, how do we assign these payouts? Personal or Purchase?

What subcategory? It isn't a "Purchase" but it isn't personal either..not really sure.

I would not use PayPal for that sort of thing. You will end up getting shut down.
