12 month ebay suspension became permanent

I was suspended by eBay so long ago that I can't even remember what year it was - 2006 I think. Anyway it was for 12 months and, to be fair, I probably deserved it at that time because, although I was inexperienced, some of the feedback I received wasn't great.

12 months later, however, eBay were unwilling to reinstate my account or give me a second chance.

Is there any way that I can start up again please? Any help or advice would be welcome and appreciated.

In general temporary suspensions end up becoming permanent ones, unless you address them properly through tech support
