Accessing accounts from mobile devices - Good idea?

Just wondering what the situation is when logging into your ebay and paypal accounts from mobile phone browsers, particularly concerning ip address, cookies etc. I know on ebay when logging on from a different machine, you have to do the phone verification, but after you done this, is it safe to logon to your ebay and paypal accounts from your mobile phone, especially when i am abroad with the phone - i've heard many people who have had their paypal accounts limited because they accessed their accounts from another country?

No, it's not recommended to sign into your accounts via a cell phone.

One of the reasons is that it's so hard to delete cookies, flash objects and change IP address on a cell phone since you are working with tiny little keyboards (virtual or physical) and screens, that you might end up making a mistake and linking yourself with a past account.
