Recently I sold a genuine item on eBay. The payment was received by paypal. What was strange was that the moment I sent the tracking number to the buyer. They filed a paypal complaint that item not received!
So, I sent an email explaining that the tracking number takes time to get updated. I diligently follow the item and see it gets delivered.
The buyer then emails me that item is ****. As is my policy...I immediately refund the payment. No questions asked.
However, the buyer has now filed item not as described claim from eBay.
This deal was suspicious from the beginning.
I have closed the paypal case, and now trying to work on the eBay claim. There is no way to reach the resolution team of eBay.
I have repeatedly asked the buyer how it was **** and now there are no responeses.
I am willing to pay $$ to get this guy suspended from eBay.
