it seems like when i answer questions about an item from an email or something else without logging into ebay i get suspended any tips for answering questions about an item without logging in and getting suspended

Perhaps what you are getting at is: when you do this somehow you are being linked to past suspended accounts?

This is all outlined in the Short List, but basically:

(1) Just respond to the emails via direct email - they will be posted via Ebay messages, BUT

(2) Be mindful of IP address. (Your IP address is logged or can be logged as your email is routed through Ebay's system.)
