Suspended account due to nonpayment of fees - best way to contact Ebay?

Hello,

My account was suspended because I not pay sellers fee invoice.
I use them only for buying, and then try to sold something, but not now that I need pay feees.
And I forgot for that, now I cannot open my account.
I want to pay that invoice, about 20 USD, but I dont now how.
Please, can you help.

If the only issue is non-payment of fees, just pay it especially if it is only $20. Then phone Ebay and ask them to reinstate your account.

If you cannot get into the account to pay the fees or print out an invoice to use to mail in a check or money order, ask them on the phone how you may pay.

Is there any other way except phone calling, because from my country is to expensive, and my english is not so god.

The methods to contact Ebay change constantly, but at this time, the only method for the average individual to get hold of Ebay customer support is via telephone. I have numerous other techniques to get Ebay's attention, but you would need to hire me for tech support to handle that.
