EBAY has gotten a little better about the suspending of family members' accounts, but I emphasize the word "little."
The suspension notices that you used to get two years ago or so, would specifically state that "you and your family members" were barred from using EBAY in any way. I suppose some reasonable people (or lawyers) showed the EBAY T&S nazis the error of their ways, and more recent notices do not make this outrageous assertion.
