Suspended selling/still paying shop fees - Ebay Store fees

Hi,I have been suspended from selling on my ebay account for over 3 years.However I have just discovered that they have still been charging me £14.99 fees for my ebay shop.How can they charge me for something that I cannot use? Am I entitled to reclaim this money.Any advice would be grateful

I assume you mean your Ebay Store - there can be a monthly fee for that. Try to contact Ebay and explain that were suspended long ago and try to get the money back, if you somehow paid it, or at least credited, if it is owed but never actually collected.
