Ebay Low DSLR - Item Not as Described - at what point will I be suspended?

If my DSLR drop below item as describe and i've been below for about 1-2 months. At what point would it get suspended do you think and at what percentage? The standard selling requirement is about 1% . Mine has been moving around 1.10% - 1.35%

I would have to examine your entire account, feedback, Seller Dashboard and some other factors to give you a clear answer, but basically, if you are below requirements for three months straight AND drop lower in whatever category is the issue, you will be suspended.

Also, along the way Ebay will continue to drop your selling limits, or impose limits if you before had none.
