This is a new one, that is accessible inside the Ebay Trading Assistant Program.

On this one you pay Ebay $169. to be trained and then can train others, I would assume charging others for the training. I doubt anyone who has done tech support with me or read the Short List could learn much of anything from this $169. Ebay program, but the program itself - if based on charging to train - would presumably recoup the $169. and lead into profit.
